What We're Looking For

The Content Writer plays an integral role in content generation for White Rabbit Group's marketing efforts as a writer, ghostwriter, editor, and researcher. As an in-house Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive conversions. You'll collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to create content that informs, entertains, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy for social media, email newsletters, and blogs—crafting compelling content that authentically reflects the voice of individual leaders (through ghostwriting) while remaining aligned with our brand.

  • Write, edit, and optimize social media posts for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Create compelling, data-driven newsletters that engage subscribers and drive open and click-through rates.

  • Research and write informative and engaging blog articles that position White Rabbit Group as an industry leader.

  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and analytics to refine content strategies.

  • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and manage content calendars.

  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and engagement.

  • Repurpose long-form content into shorter, engaging snippets for different platforms.

  • Track and report on content performance, using insights to improve future content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing or journalism.

  • Has demonstrated a strong track record in writing and editing as a ghostwriter for company leadership.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different formats and audiences.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
