White Rabbit Group is a company that partners with world class agencies for web and mobile app development and design, letting our customers focus on what they do best, while we focus on building. We have a broad spectrum of technologies that we work on including PHP, React, Node, Strapi, Shopify, WordPress, and fully native and hybrid mobile apps, to name a few. We have almost 100 full time employees spanned across the US, Colombia and India and we work closely together to bring our customer's visions to life and to have fun!

You will act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by assessing and activating talent in the market to deliver quality hires that reflect our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, source, screen and recruit high-quality candidates against the defined criteria

  • Develop a strong understanding of the organisational culture, hiring strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business

  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements

  • Use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talents including social media, diversity resources and networking

  • Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process to maintain the organisations reputation as a ‘ Great Place To Work ‘

  • Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support recruitment metrics

  • Develop a broad professional network of top talent and build deep pipelines

  • Coordinate campus / off campus recruitment drives

  • Being mindful in maintain confidentiality while conveying information

Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration or an equivalent certification with HR as an elective

  • Must be a hustler with strong presentation skills and outstanding attention to quality of work

  • Hands-on recruiting experience in software or technology sector for a year

  • Proficiency in using social media tools for sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team environment as required

Bonus Points

  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Hands-on with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365

  • Experience using AI recruitment platforms
