What We're Looking For
We are seeking a truly passionate User Interface Developer with technical capabilities to drive and execute complex projects and initiatives in UI development. An artistic combination of programming skills and aesthetics is required to qualify for this position. If you are a lover of pixels and kill it in writing browser side coding, then you are our hire!

Responsibilities
Be the specialist in complex technical areas, oversee benchmarking, coding standards and code quality.
Display exceptional hands-on abilities while taking on complex designs and challenging tasks, functioning as a technical expert within the UI team.
Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure UI components meet quality standards.
Work on estimates, POC, discovery for prospective deals and closely with the sales team to close deals.
Mentor (technical guidance & support) the UI developers within the team.
Engage in conversations that are objective & data-driven and be able to put the quality of the deliverables as the topmost priority.
Qualifications
Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.
6+ years experience in Pixel-Perfect Design to HTML Conversion, JavaScript and CSS Preprocessors like Sass or Less.
Should have extensive Responsive/Adaptive web design experience in AJAX, XML, JSON.
Experience in the implementation of Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel integration for tracking user interactions and events.
Experience in WCAG AAA accessibility standards and SEO best practices in UI development.
Experience in creating smooth and engaging animations using CSS, JavaScript, or animation libraries like GreenSock (GSAP).
Experience in enforcing coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality and readability.
Strong organising skills and ability to strictly adhere the process in a disciplined manner.
Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks / libraries.
Knows backend and can code in the backend.
Experience in Three.js.
Extensive experience in ADA compliance.
